Food
“Food is love in disguise”
Meals are offered as moments of grounding and presence, inviting you to slow down, come back into your body, and experience nourishment as a sensory and relational act. Reflection can be emotionally and cognitively demanding, so we offer thoughtfully prepared food that will help to regulate your nervous system, offering you steadiness and reassurance.
Sharing meals together also becomes a quiet form of community-building, where conversation, silence, and connection are equally welcome. In this way, food mirrors the ethos of the retreat itself: intentional, nourishing, and held with respect for the unfolding inner work of each participant. We aim to provide nourishing, delicious food and to be inclusive, so please advise us if you have any dietary requirements.
