Sarah Burrows
Co-Founder
Sarah brings over three decades of experience in healing, therapy, and
deep listening to her work as a retreat facilitator. She first trained as a
Reiki healer more than 30 years ago, long before holistic practices
were widely embraced, grounding her work in both intuition and lived
experience.
Her path later led her into two decades as a systemic therapist, where she supported couples navigating periods of profound transition and relational crisis. This work continues to inform her ability to hold space with clarity, compassion, and care.
At the heart of Sarah’s facilitation is a passion for helping people speak from the heart — moving beyond expectation or performance, and into honest, authentic expression. She believes that being truly seen and heard is essential to living with integrity and connection.
Alongside her retreat work, Sarah facilitates meaningful end-of-life conversations in a local hospice, supporting patients and families through moments that are tender, courageous, and deeply human. These experiences bring a rare depth and reverence to the spaces she holds.
Sarah is also a qualified sound healer, specialising in Himalayan bowls, and offers vibroacoustic massage sessions that support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and restoration.

in the highly rigorous Iyengar method. Bridget holds a Junior Intermediate Level 3 certification, which takes several years of dedicated practice, assessment and professional development

Bridget's classes are very personal where both verbal and hands on corrections contribute to self awareness. These adjustments not only improve ones alignment but develop strength, flexibility and a deep understanding of the mind,
body connection. Iyengar Yoga is both a movement meditation and helps the busy mind to land into its body.
