Our Values
Créadh comes from the Irish meaning for “Heart” or “Soul”. Phonetically it sounds like ‘Cray’
The softness and openness of the word provides a perfect platform to explore Créadh Retreats' values
C - Conscious Creation…we value the need to
create a practice of “Know Thyself”; our true self…exploring cause and effect
and the healing of past wounds so we become empowered in creating the life we
want to participate in and not settle for the life we find ourselves merely existing
within.
R - Reality…. we value how our words don’t describe our reality, they program it. We understand the need for rooting, reflecting, remembering, reprocessing and recreating are crucial elements to bring us home to ourselves.
E - Experiential learning…. we value the need to welcome all experiences, that
things happen ‘for’ us not ‘to’ us even though believing the latter is how we
may get stuck in a loop of self-sabotage. We value the importance of
befriending all experiences in order to free us of the belief we are victims of
circumstance.
A - Accountability…. we value the importance of understanding that the world will never make us truly happy…that everything we seek is already within us, that we have the ability to heal wounds and undo patterns of behaviour. No one can do it for us.
D - Doorways & Thresholds….we value the importance of sitting in the liminal space and observing the creative potential that arises….it is always there, just waiting for us to notice it. We value the need to create space that is safe, contained and honest, where it is okay not to be okay and where it is exciting to marinade in the possibilities emerging.
H - Happiness can only come from within.
We don’t do things for happiness, we choose to do things from happiness. Only
then can we truly understand the potential and power of conscious
creation.
Every Créadh retreat is designed to reignite the living spark between body, mind, and meaning. We don’t deliver content, we create conditions. The result is that our kindreds leave lighter, braver, and more connected; to themselves and others.
